Information you give me
When you fill out the free review form, you share your name, business name, phone number, email address, your website (if you include it) and anything you write about what you need help with. If you email me, I'll also have your email address and whatever you tell me.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site may use cookies and similar tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion tracking, to understand how visitors find and use the site. This can include your browser type, device, general location (city level), the pages you visit and the link or ad that brought you here. It does not tell me who you are unless you contact me.
How I use it
- To reply to your request and prepare your free review
- To provide services if we decide to work together
- To keep records for billing, taxes and my own business follow-up
- To see which pages and ads are working so I can improve the site
Who I share it with
I don't sell, rent or trade your information. I only share it with the tools that help me run this website and my business, such as website hosting, form handling, email, analytics and my CRM. These providers handle it to do their job for me. I may also share information if the law requires it.
Your choices
- You can ask me to see, correct or delete the information I have about you. Just email me.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- You can turn off personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com and opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as I need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires for business records. If we don't end up working together and you'd like your details removed, let me know.
Security
I use reasonable steps to protect your information, like secure (HTTPS) connections and password-protected accounts. No website or online service is perfectly secure, but I take it seriously.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't meant for children under 13. I don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
